How to Verify your Account

 

In order to Verify your Account, go to the "Personal Data" section, then go to "Account Confirmation" or “KYC”. There, you need to upload the following files:

  • Front and back photos of either National ID, Driving license, Voters ID, or International Passport in good quality.
  • A selfie of you holding the chosen document close to your face, in such a way that we can see all the information clearly, as well as your face.

To check the status of uploaded documents, you need to go to your account settings,
then to Personal Data -> Account Confirmation where you can find documents status and notes.
There are some procedures needed to be followed up, our department will check your documents, and if everything matches then they will verify you as soon as possible.

There are a few reasons why you can have withdrawal restrictions:
- Your account is still under verification and it's need a little more time to be processed
- You have an active bonus
- You may have an active welcome bonus
- You may have used a different withdrawal payment method(not the same as the method used to deposit funds)
- You did not use at least 70% from each deposit
The application should run at the same speed as the regular platform, so, if you’re encountering issues with the app’s performance, the reason is most likely external. It might be caused by the slow internet connection, other applications running on your device, not enough free space on your smartphone, outdated OS version, etc.

Please, be patient as your withdrawal is in process. Withdraw via net banking may take up to 48 hours (please, note – 48 working hours does not include weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and public holidays). Withdrawals via PayTM may take any time between 1 to 5 days. All another payment systems may take up to 15 minutes.

As soon as the processing is done, it will be credited to your account/wallet.
Go to the “Payments History” section on the website or in the app — the reason will be indicated next to the rejected withdrawal.
