- How to create an account?
1) Register through the button below
2) Insert your phone number > Create a password (that has a minimum of four letters/numbers) > accept the Terms and Conditions > click on “Sign Up”
3) Insert the authorization code in order to finalize your registration then click on “Confirm”
Please note: The password that you’ve created is the one that will be used to log in to your Parimatch account. Please avoid sharing it with anyone else for the security of your account.
- How to change a password?
1) Change your password through the button below
2) You can change your password using your email, Parimatch account number and the phone number that you specified during registration
3) Click on “Restore” > Insert the code that has been sent to you through the method you’ve selected. If you’ve selected “Email”, then the code will be sent to your email and if you’ve selected “Phone number/account ID” method then code will be sent through an SMS
4) Click on “Confirm” to start using your account

Parimatch Account Verification
- Why do I need to go through the account verification?
Parimatch Tanzania account verification (account confirmation) is needed to prevent fraud in the gaming/betting process, confirm that the player is over 18 years old and is the real account owner. If you wish to withdraw any sum of money from your Parimatch account, you need to verify your account first.
- How do I verify my Parimatch account?
Here are the Parimatch account verification details. In order to confirm your account, you need to take the following steps:
- Go to the Verification section:
- On the Parimatch website: go to your account in the top right corner, then select “Personal Data” > “Account Confirmation” and then choose “Identity Card” to verify
- On the Parimatch app: go to your account in the bottom right corner, then select “Account Verification”.
- Upload a photo of your ID document (front side and back side) and a selfie with your ID document. Your full face and the document should be clearly visible in the photo.
- How long will it take to verify my account?
Parimatch account verification time is different for each individual account. It normally takes no more than 24 hours after you submit all the required documents in good quality.
- How do I know that my account has been verified?
You can check the status of your Parimatch verification in your account:
1) Go to the Verification section:
- On the Parimatch website: go to your account in the top right corner, then select “Personal Data”.
- On the Parimatch app: go to your account in the bottom right corner, then select “Account Verification”.
2) Check the sections with the documents you have uploaded to see their status and notes from the Parimatch team.
- My documents have been approved, but I still cannot withdraw money. Why does it happen?
This can be caused by a few factors:
- You have an active welcome bonus.
- You are trying to use a withdrawal method different from the one you used to deposit money.
- You did not use at least 50% of each of your deposits.
- My gaming account has already been verified. Why do you request more documents from me?
Parimatch may request additional documents for verification at any time, even if the customer passed the initial account verification. Such additional documents may include your passport, ID or driver's license, your birth certificate, your foreign passport, your utility bills, your card statement, etc. These documents must be sent to email: support.tz@parimatch.com.

- What are the available Parimatch payment methods?

- Is there a fee for making a deposit?
Parimatch does not charge any extra fees for deposits, but mobile money network transactional fees are applicable
- I want to make a deposit but my chosen payment system is not available or there is an error. What should I do?
Sometimes, your payment method may be unavailable for technical reasons. You can try to wait for some time or use another payment system. If you keep facing errors for a long time, please contact the Parimatch customer support team.
- I have made a deposit but the money does not appear on my Parimatch balance. The sum has been debited from my account. What to do?
Be sure to contact our customer service and indicate which payment system you have used to make a deposit. Please add a screenshot of the payment you’ve made with the amount of money, time, and date of the transaction.
- How long will it take for my deposit to be credited/returned?
The time depends on the payment method you’ve used, although most of our available payment systems offer instant deposits. However, if your payment has failed, the delay may take up to 14 working days: during this time the money will either be credited to your Parimatch account or returned to your account.
Parimatch Withdrawal
- How to withdraw money from Parimatch?
1) Make sure you’ve logged in to your Parimatch account in order to withdraw.
2) Click on the Parimatch withdrawal button below or:
- On the Parimatch website: go to your account in the top right corner, then select “Withdraw”.
- On the Parimatch app: go to your account in the bottom right corner, then select “Withdraw Money”.
3) Select the same mobile operator which you used to deposit money.
4) Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (the minimum amount is 2000 TZS)
Make sure you have used no less than 50% of your deposit before withdrawing
- What data do I need to provide before applying for a withdrawal?
If the system asked to go through account verification for withdrawal you need to upload a photo of yourself and your ID card.
Go to the “Verification” section of your account, upload the photo and wait for confirmation (it usually takes up to 24 hours).
- My account has been verified, but my withdrawals are being rejected. Why so?
This might be caused by a few factors:
- There is a technical problem. Try again in a while or try a different payment method to withdraw money.
- You have an active welcome bonus. You need to fulfill all the bonus terms and conditions to be able to withdraw funds.
- You did not use at least 50% of each of your deposits. Do it by playing casino games or betting on sports.
- How long does Parimatch withdrawal take?
Normally, withdrawal is very quick but at times some of the payment systems may experience technical problems. It also depends on how many people are using the system at the same time for a transfer. Parimatch cannot make it faster. If you still face the problem after 8 hours have passed, please contact the Parimatch customer care team.
- I want to make a withdrawal but my preferred payment method is not available (there is an error). What to do?
At times, payment systems are unavailable for technical reasons. You can try to wait for a while or use another payment method. If the payment system fails for a long time, please contact the Parimatch Tanzania support team.
Betting on Parimatch
- What is the minimum bet amount on Parimatch?
The smallest sports bet you can make is 300 TZS.
- Can I place a big bet? Why do I get a "maximum limit" error?
All sports and events have their own maximum bet limits. It is set by Parimatch and can be changed without additional notice. The limit can also be applied to a specific client (see more details in rule №50 of the “Financial Limitations” section in Terms and Conditions). If you believe there is an error, please contact our customer care team.
- What is CashOut and how can I use it?
CashOut is a special feature that lets you settle your bet before the game result is known. You can use it both with live and pre-match bets. However, the availability of the CashOut service depends on the event. You can check it in the “Open Bets” section. The initial odds and the odds at the moment of cashing out influence the payout you get.
- Why was my bet refunded?
Your bet can be refunded for different reasons. This includes cases when the match is interrupted and not finished within 12 hours. Alternatively, bets are refunded if the game is postponed for over 36 hours. While these rules are applicable to most sports, there might be a few exceptions.
Another reason for a bet refund is when your prediction equals the handicap or total (the result of the game with a handicap leads to a tie; the result is equal to the suggested total). One more reason for a refund in football is when you make an individual total bet and that player is not among the starting 11 players.
In tennis, all bets (except for the settled ones) are refunded if a player retires before the end of the first set. If the retirement happens after the end of at least one set, all handicap bets (for the match and sets) are refunded. If this happens, bets on a winner are settled according to the umpire’s decision.
- The event was canceled, suspended, or rescheduled, but I didn’t get a bet refund.
In case of an event cancellation, Parimatch refunds all bets. This may take a while, especially for major events where a lot of bets were placed. If your bet is not refunded, please wait for a day and contact our customer support if there’s still no refund. Note that if your bet was in fact completed by the time of the event cancellation, it is considered valid and you get your winnings or lose a bet depending on the outcome.
- The event ended, but my bet was not settled.
Bets are normally settled a few minutes after the outcome of the event becomes known. However, some settlements may happen later because of the following factors: referees’ decisions or approval of the match protocol, results provided with a delay, technical issues, and more. If the delay is significant and the outcome is known, please contact Parimatch customer care.
- What does a negative balance on my account mean?
Such a situation can happen if the bets were resettled due to the result entered with errors. To resolve this, please contact the Parimatch customer service team.
Parimatch Casino
- I have created an account and made a deposit but the casino games are not available. What should I do?
This situation happens after you activate a sports bonus during registration. You need to fulfill your bonus requirements in order to start playing casino games.
- I want to play casino games or bet on virtual sports but there is an error.

- I won a game at the casino but my winnings were not added to my account.
Please take a screenshot proving your win (including the date and time, all the details about the game, and the amount that you have won) and reach out to our support team.
Parimatch Welcome Bonus
- How can I get a sports betting welcome bonus?
- Register via a bonus link (make sure you agree to activate the bonus).
- Confirm your account.
- Make a deposit (no less than 500 TZS).
After you’ve done it, the bonus will be added to your account within 24 hours. Be sure to follow the bonus requirements to be able to withdraw the money.
- I didn't get any welcome bonus after I registered.
Possibly, you used a registration link where the bonus wasn’t offered or you did not tick the bonus activation option during the registration. If so, please reach out to our customer service team to request this bonus. But first, make sure you complied with the following rules:
- You registered at Parimatch no longer than 7 days ago.
- You deposited no less than 500 TZS in a single transaction.
- You haven’t played casino games yet.
If you are sure you have confirmed the welcome bonus activation, just wait for 24 hours for the money to be added to your account.
- Why did the bonus amount disappear from my account?
It happened because the bonus requirements were not fulfilled. According to the terms and conditions, in such cases, bonus money gets deducted.
- Can I cancel my welcome bonus?
You can do it if you have not started wagering the bonus yet. Please reach out to our customer service team and describe the reason for canceling the bonus.
Data Recovery and Correction
- I can’t confirm my phone number because I didn’t receive an SMS with a code. What should I do?
Please contact our customer service team and indicate your phone number so that we can resolve this issue.
- I can’t confirm my email address because I didn't get the confirmation letter. What to do?
Confirmation messages can get into junk/spam folders in your mailbox, so please check them. If you can’t find the letter there, reach out to our customer support team and we will verify your email address.
- I can’t confirm my email address because I see the "token_is_invalid" error when I click on the activation link.
Please contact our support team and provide your email address so that we could help you with this issue.
- I forgot my password. Can I restore it?
Yes, you can do it easily:
- Use the password recovery form.
- Enter your phone number in an international format.
- Get a confirmation code on your phone.
- Create a new password and continue using your account.
- Can I update or correct personal data in my account?
You can update your name and birth date through a verification procedure. To do so, submit the verification documents to support.tz@parimatch.com and explain what corrections should be done and why. We will consider each case individually and may request additional details or documents so please check your email for updates.
If you don’t remember your password, click on Forgot password and follow the instructions.
If the error “Access to the game account is restricted” occurs, please contact Parimatch Customer Support.

There are some procedures needed to be followed up, our department will check your documents, and if everything matches then they will verify you as soon as possible.
- Your account is still under verification and it's need a little more time to be processed
- You have an active bonus
- You may have an active welcome bonus
- You may have used a different withdrawal payment method(not the same as the method used to deposit funds)
- You did not use at least 70% from each deposit
Please try resolving such issues. If it doesn’t help, try reinstalling the Parimatch app.
- At the top of the screen, select the “Slots” or “Live Casino” category;
- Select the casino game you’re interested in;
- Follow the on-screen prompts to place the bet and launch the game.
If you activate in the full site, then you need to click " Checkout " and enter the promo code in the special field. It can be found in the Bonus Terms CA. But if you are activating from the mobile version or application, then first you need to go to "Promotion terms" and then click Get . After that, a window will appear cashier, where you need to make a transfer for the appropriate amount.
The refund can be due to getting into the handicap or total.
Or if in football a player did not start in the starting lineup, but the bet is on his individual total.
There can also be a return on tennis if the player refused. In this case, if the refusal was before the end of the first set, all bets, except for those which are actually played, are returned, and if the refusal after the end of at least one set, then the refund for all odds: for the match and for the sets. In this case, bets on a win are considered by the decision of the judge.
As soon as the processing is done, it will be credited to your account/wallet.
