1. My Deposit is not displayed on my balance. Why?

 

We are always on the lookout to make your experience great and enjoyable at Parimatch. You can easily view your funds after depositing. However, if you made a deposit and it still isn't showing up in your account, we ask that you please see the chart below, so you can better familiarize yourself with how long this process usually takes.

Deposits via PIX are usually instant, but they can sometimes take up to 10 minutes to be credited to your Parimatch account.

Deposits via Boleto usually take between 10 minutes and 3 business days to be credited to your Parimatch account. Please wait a little longer for it to be processed. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days.

Bitcoin

 

Deposits via Bitcoin are usually instant, but they can sometimes take up to 10 minutes to be credited to your Parimatch account. Please wait a little longer for it to be processed.

 

If the deposited amount is still not credited to your account after the indicated time has passed, please contact our support team. 2. My withdrawal still hasn't been approved and the status is listed as "Pending". What do I do?

 

We ask that you please wait for a while. Your withdrawal request is already in progress.

This process usually takes from 15 minutes to 12 hours. Depending on the payment method you chose, however, this process may end up taking up to 4 days. Don't worry, because once the process is completed, the amount will be credited to your account.

 

 

PIX

The processing time for PIX withdrawals is typically 3-5 minutes. However, sometimes this procedure can take up to 12 hours.

 

 

 

 

Pay4Fun

The processing time for withdrawals via Pay4Fun is of 1-4 business days. It is important to remember that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days.

 

 

Astropay

Withdrawals via AstroPay are usually instant. However, sometimes they can take a few hours.

3. My deposit was unsuccessful, will I get a refund? 

 

Yes. The amount will be credited to your account or refunded to your bank account in 1 to 5 business days. This process may take less time, so check your account balance occasionally. Please remember that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days. We kindly ask you to wait for a while, your funds will be transferred back to you shortly.

 

4. How to verify my account?

 

To withdraw more than 500 BRL, you first need to verify your Parimatch account. Below, we will explain what you need to do to verify your account.

Primary verification:

Our Primary Verification is required for all customers that wish to withdraw any amount over 500 BRL from their Parimatch account. It is very easy to verify your account with us. Below, we will show you the steps.

Verification Steps:

Go to the “Personal Data” section and then click on “Account Confirmation”. Once there, we ask that you upload the following:

  • Front and back photos of your RG/CNH, in good quality.
  • A selfie of you holding the chosen document, in such a way that we can see all the information clearly, as well as your face.

Requested Verification:

If necessary, we may require additional proof of identity, even if the customer has passed the primary account verification.

If this is the case, we ask that you send us an email to: support.br@parimatch.com

The e-mail should contain:

  • A selfie of you holding your RG/CNH/Passport, in such a way that we can see all the information clearly, as well as your face
  • A bank statement showing all your transactions with Parimatch.


5. My documents have been approved, but I still cannot withdraw. Why?

 

If all your documents have been approved but you still are not able to withdraw, you don't need to worry. There are a few reasons for this, such as:

  • Your account may not have been verified yet, If that is the case, wait for the account to be verified.
  • You may have an active bonus in your account. If that is the case, wait for the bonus to expire to withdraw funds.
  • You may have an active welcome bonus in your account. If that is the case, wait for the welcome bonus to expire to withdraw funds.
  • You may have used a different payment method to withdraw that you used to deposit. If that is the case, you need to request a withdrawal using the same payment method you used to deposit.
  • You may not have wagered at least 70% of the deposit. If that is the case, you need to do that before you withdraw funds.
