If you forgot your password, or entered incorrect data in the Personal Data section, don't worry, we'll help you solve your problem. We will do our best to help you so that you can get back to betting with us as soon as possible.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Don't worry, we'll show you how to reset your access password. Click here.
After clicking on the link, select either the “Phone” or the “Email” option, to identify the phone number or email address registered to your account.
If you select the “Email” option, you will receive an email with a link to change your password.
If you select the “Phone” option, you will receive an SMS with a code to change your password.
That’s it! By doing this, your new password will be valid and you can once again use our services.
I entered the wrong information in the Personal Data section. How do I fix it?
If you entered any data incorrectly in the Personal Data section, such as Full Name, ID number, phone number or email address, we kindly ask you to send an email to: support.br@parimatch.com
Once we receive your email, we will contact you and ask you for some specific information, so that we can make the necessary changes to the Personal Data section of your Parimatch account.
