1. My Deposit is not displayed on my balance.

We are always on the lookout to make your experience great and enjoyable at Parimatch. You can easily view your funds after depositing. But if you are not able to see your funds in your account, then you must first see which payment method you have used. In some payment methods, it takes 10 minutes while in some it may take up to 5 hours.

Perfect Money


As the name suggests. If you deposit funds through Perfect Money, it takes 1 hour for the money to be credited to your Parimatch account.

Debit Card or Net Banking


Money deposited with the help of Net Banking and Debit Card takes up to 5 hours to reach your Parimatch account.

Astropay, Skrill, Neteller Payment Method

All three options are best for those who want to get funds in their account immediately.

If you have deposited money by choosing one of these methods, then money will be deposited to your Parimatch account immediately.

 

UPI Payment Method


UPI Method is an easy way to deposit money. But if you use this payment method it takes 1.5 hours to get the funds deposited.

PhonePe Or IMPS & Crypto Payment Method


If you deposit your funds by choosing PhonePe, IMPS or Crypto Method, then you will get the funds in your Parimatch account within 10 minutes.


There is one more important thing that you need to keep in mind. Did you make payment through the
Activation Process or through Manual Process?

P2P Manual Payment Method


Manual payment method requires activation.


In this process, after making the payment, you will have to go to your payment portal again and enter the order ID and complete the activation process.

Automatic Payment Method

These are some of the reasons why the funds deposited by you are not reflected in your account. We would suggest you to wait for some time according to the time taken by the payment method and, if the funds are not credited to the account even after the completion of the time period, then you can connect with the Parimatch support team.

2. My withdrawal is still not approved and has the status "Pending".

If you have requested for withdrawal and it is in pending status, then you do not need to worry. It happens because your withdrawal request is being processed by Parimatch. That's why your status is showing pending.

Net banking & UPI Method

If you have selected Netbanking or UPI Payment Method, then you need to wait for 5 business days.

If you have withdrawn funds through both these methods, then you will have to wait for 12 hours.

Astropay Payment Method takes two working days to send money to your account.

3. My deposit is unsuccessful, will I get a refund? 

We always strive to ensure that your experience with Parimatch is always a great one. But sometimes the deposit fails due to technical reasons. If this happens then your fund is sent back to your account or bank account. It may take 1 to 5 working days for the funds to reach you back.

Here are some important things to keep in mind:

  • Funds may take 1 to 5 days to reach back to your account.
  • In these 1 to 5 days, Saturday, Sunday, or any holiday is not counted, because these days are included as business holidays. Apart from this, there should not be any public holidays.

We would suggest you to please wait for a while, your funds will be transferred back to you within the given time.

4. How to verify my account?

There are two ways to verify your account on Parimatch. 

Primary verification:

Primary verification is for all customers. By adopting a very simple process, you can verify your account with just a few documents. Here it is necessary that you have an Aadhar card and your mobile number should be linked with your Aadhar card.

Verification Steps:

  • Go to your account and click on Personal Data
  • Click on Account Confirmation
  • Click on the Aadhar card verification by SMS
  • Enter the 12-digit Aadhar card number
  • Enter the verification code sent to your linked number
  • Your account has been verified

Package Verification:

This type of verification is for those customers who create an account but do not use it for a long time. This type of verification is required for the quality of the account to remain correct. In this verification, some other important documents may be required along with your Aadhar card, but an Aadhar card will be mandatory.

Verification Steps:

  • In this verification process, you have to send an email.
  • Write an Email for verification.
  • Hold your Aadhar card in hand and take a selfie with a written email.
  • Send this mail to support@parimatch.in 
  • Your account will be verified soon.

    5. My documents have been approved, but I still cannot withdraw.

If all your documents are approved by the Parimatch team but still you are not able to withdraw, then you don't have to worry. There could be some reasons for this: 

  • Your account may not have been verified yet.
  • In such a situation, you will have to wait for the account to be verified.
  • You may have an active bonus in your account.
  • You have to wait for the active bonus to expire. Then you will be able to withdraw funds.
  • You must use the same payment method that you used for the deposit.
  • You may not have used 70% of the deposit. You will have to use it first.
  • Activation of a welcome bonus in your account can also be a reason. First, wait for the welcome bonus to expire then you can withdraw your funds.

There are a few reasons why you can have withdrawal restrictions:
- Your account is still under verification and it's need a little more time to be processed
- You have an active bonus
- You may have an active welcome bonus

- You did not use at least 70% from each deposit
